Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationWaylon has beautiful red hair and is the oldest of two siblings. He is very affectionate and sweet. Waylon and his sister were finally adopted in 2024, and both are thrilled to be together.
There are many days when outdoor play is not an option due to weather, so Waylon is hoping for some indoor play options to share with his younger sister as they both grow. A climbing and play set would give them plenty of ways to get their energy out!
