He has one older brother named Jared, his best friend. He plans on going to college and majoring in psychology. He plans to become a psychologist and give back to his community.
Billy's turning 13 next month and he's really excited about his upcoming birthday. He's been talking about the Oculus Headset for weeks now and it would be the perfect gift for him. Unfortunately, his parents aren't in a position to buy it for him right now. Billy has been working super hard in school and he's definitely deserving of this special present. It would mean the world to him if his wish could be granted and he could have an amazing birthday.
