Keenan is a very caring and loving young man currently in foster care through the Independent Living Program (ILP). He loves to create art and enjoys life, always hopeful for the best and appreciative of all blessings. Keenan is a reserved young man with an interest in music and production mechanics. He likes to take long walks around the community and spend time hanging out with friends.
