Allen was removed from his mother due to horrific living conditions and neglect. He struggled with several foster families until he was finally placed in the same foster home as his brother. Allen's personality is welcoming and outgoing. He's curious and adventurous. He loves all types of music and enjoys trying different activities, foods, and games. He is getting great support from school, and he is doing great academically and behaviorally. He recently began equine therapy and is really enjoying being around horses.

Allen enjoys having short hair. When on outings with his CASA, he asks to go get his haircut because he usually only receives one every six months. He would like to get his hair cut more regularly to keep his hair super short, just the way he likes it. This wish will allow him to have more regular haircuts, whenever he wants.
