Jazmyne is a resilient and determined young woman who is currently in foster care and living in a transitional group home. She has been in and out of foster care since she was four years old due to her parents' life-long addictions. Her grandparents decided to close in permanent guardianship in 2018 and then placed her back in foster care when Jazmyne started to present with symptoms of a mental health diagnosis. She recently was faced with a huge decision that she faced with bravery and practicality for the life she wants to live. She is currently working on her GED and recently obtained part-time employment at a retail store. She is very hardworking and driven to live a successful life.

Jazmyne is turning 18 in December and aging out of foster care. She will be moving into an extended foster care home and starting her life an adult. She is in need of some new clothing to allow her to dress professionally for job interviews. Jazmyne is very nervous about aging out, and this would be a nice gift on her birthday as she enters this next chapter.
