Phoenix is the middle child of three boys. He looks out for his younger brother who is only a year younger than him. He enjoys outdoor activities especially riding scooters with his older brother. He enjoys school but says he doesn't have a favorite subject.

Phoenix and his brothers recently entered out of home placement. He has said that he would love a new bike so that he can ride with his brothers again. He asked his worker for a BMX bike for Christmas.
