Foster Hearts Region 3Arwen was recently placed in foster care. She has struggled some with adjusting. She has not started speaking but has a smile that lights up any room. She likes to be outside and enjoys having books read to her. She also loves all things sparkly.
Arwen has a lot of energy and is always on the go. He would love a mini trampoline so he can jump inside and out. He is in foster care and would also be able to take this with him when he returns home. He will be so happy if he gets this mini trampoline for Christmas!
