Eileen found a beautiful blue velvet shirt on Amazon that she would love to have. It has a scoop neck and is short-sleeved. She would be so excited if she were able to have her wish granted for Christmas.
Eileen is 15 years old and lives in NJ
Eileen is currently in her 4th foster home. Thankfully, she is with her sister in this home. Eileen has been having such a difficult time adjusting to being in care. Unfortunately her grades have been suffering because of this.
