NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyWinter is a 16-month-old child who loves to babble, draw, and be busy. Winter is constantly on the move and loves attention. Winter loves to run around and loves to know what is going on around her.
Winter will play with anything presented to her. She is a very active girl so it was suggested that she have toys that try and keep her attention and that teach her to sit still for short periods of time. This tea set would be something that would require her to sit and use her imagination while having fun!
