Rosa is taking care of her 6-year-old stepbrother and has had to move and rent a small house. She is in need of some home essentials, particularly a carpet cleaner. Unfortunately, she cannot afford to buy one at the moment as she is supporting her brother and has too many expenses. Rosa used to have a carpet cleaner that she loved, but it got broken. Since she has a dog, she wants to make sure that her carpet is always clean and fresh. She has been borrowing a carpet cleaner from her neighbor while saving money to purchase the Hoover Smartwash Automatic Carpet Cleaner that deep cleans. Unfortunately, she had to use the money to pay other expenses that were a priority. She would be extremely grateful if her wish was granted.

Rosa is a very kind and hard-working woman. She really enjoys helping people when she can. She is in charge of her younger brother at the moment. Rosa really enjoys spending time with her brother and taking her dog to the park, she also loves to read and enjoys baking and share with her coworkers.
