Izea has been trying to be more mindful by listening to podcasts on Spotify. By having the ability to access these, he will be able to continue practicing self-care. His plan is to take afternoon walks after school and listen to his favorite music and/or podcast.

Izea is a soft spoken, shy, reserved young man who is so kind and courteous to everyone around him. Izea is currently in high school and plans to continue onto college after graduation, although he is unsure of what he would like to study at this time. In Izea's free time, he likes to hang out with his friends and ride his bike when weather permits.
