Vincent loves to build things. He is always so proud of the things he builds and he would have so much fun playing with these, and it gives him something to play in his room away from his 'annoying' baby foster sister!

Vinnie is a lively, spunky, energetic and friendly young man. He is currently placed with his older brother, his favorite thing to do is to visit with his younger brothers who are placed in another home.
