Candles help to relax and calm her mind from intrusive thoughts and past trauma. Janeen relies on scented candles to cope and improve her mental health. She relies on coping skills and her own strengths she has learned over the years as an alternative to therapy and medication management.
Janeen is 7 years old and lives in NJ
Janeen is determined to complete her goals in life despite what she has been through. She is focused and goal oriented. She recently obtained her GED in 2 months after being told it would be a 6-month program. Janeen is now considering attending college to obtain her nursing degree in the spring.These are just a few ways to describe how resilient, independent, and responsible Janeen is!
