Tarrel has been living with his foster mother for a few years now. Sadly, Tarrel hasn't had any contact with his biological family since he was placed in foster care. But he's been searching for them with the help of DCFS. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any response yet from any of the searches and leads in finding his mother and siblings. Despite all this, Tarrel is a very busy guy! He's working two different jobs and attending college. What a champ!

Tarrel lives far away from his jobs and school, as the youth does not feel comfortable or safe working in his neighborhood. Tarrel prefers long commutes so that he can be in a better environment. Tarrel would benefit from some Uber rides whenever he gets out of work really late at night, as public transportation is not always available when he gets off, and he sometimes has to take an Uber home.
