Cabarrus County Guardian ad LitemJoy has been in foster care for a while, and she has had to move a few times. Joy and her siblings have been able to achieve permanency and she is in a pre-adoptive home.
Joy could use some new jeans this winter. Unfortunately, she has had to leave clothes behind during moves and would be so happy to get some stylish jeans. Not only will she be able to show off her new style, but also stay warm during the cold winter months.
