Megan resides in a domestic violence shelter with her mom and siblings. The program policies and transportation limits prevent Megan from having friends over to game together. A pair of gaming headphones will help her socialize with friends across gaming platforms after school and during winter break. Megan receives special educational instruction at school and struggles to keep friendships with peers. She is more comfortable socializing virtually and gaming was described as her "comfort zone" by her mother.
