Cary went into foster care near her 4th birthday and remained in foster care until she aged out after graduating high school, and has been making it on her own ever since. She had multiple placements in foster care, but her last foster family was very caring and loved her like she was their own child. Fortunately, she is still in touch with them and they are a positive support system in her life. Cary is a devoted mom to her autistic son.

Cary's son Malcolm struggles badly with sitting in regular chairs, especially since he started attending school. She is looking for a kitchen table with a bench that would be more efficient. Currently she does not have a kitchen table to train Malcom to sit at a table while eating. Granting this wish would be super helpful to Cary and Malcolm.
