Rhiannon was not able to spend Christmas at her foster home because she was in the hospital. Her foster family is keeping her tree in her room, and she wants to decorate it with Valentine ornaments while keeping her it up a litter longer. She really wants some cute and fun decorations to keep the spirit going.

Rhiannon is a bubbly girl, she likes to sing, dance, and watch TikTok. She enjoys helping with cooking and making homemade things. She likes to eat chicken nuggets. She likes school and her teachers and makes friends easily. She is very sweet and is happy in her new home.
