CASA NJ - Essex CountyCourtney is a smart, loving young lady in foster care for many years. She experienced many types of trauma before entering foster care and is working hard to overcome her fears. Despite her young age, Courtney is now a young mother. Courtney is still working hard at school and maintaining her honors, showing much growth and responsibility for someone so young.
Courtney would like to be able to go outside more to exercise. She enjoys going on long walks, but they aren't the best idea on rainy days since she doesn't have a great jacket for the occasion. She would love a waterproof jacket that is also warm enough to use while transitioning to warmer weather.
