CASA NY - New York CountyDiamond is a young adult who grew up in foster care. She recently obtained her own apartment and has been transitioning into motherhood. She had a baby boy a month ago and focused on collecting memories of her baby. Living in foster care she never had pictures growing up or pictures of stages of her life. She is dedicated to creating a keepsake photo album of her beautiful baby boy. Diamond is in school full time. She is bright, kind, well mannered and treats everyone with love and care. Diamond is sweet, friendly and easy to talk to.
Diamond is loving and adjusting to become a new mom. She's dedicated to being the best mother she can be and learning everything she can, especially in these beginning stages as so much development is happening. She's been so excited to see every milestone! Diamond would be so grateful for a tablet to use to support her parenting, so she can use tools and apps for her to learn and track milestones, connect with other parents and as he gets older, engage her sone appropriately.
