While living in foster care has been tough for him, Raymond has persevered through multiple crises with a great attitude. He's even expressed interest in learning how to play basketball! Raymond is truly a kind-hearted child whose smile can light up any room.
Raymond lost his mom a few years ago. He likes to wear her wedding ring on a chain around his neck, to keep her memory close to his heart. Unfortunately, the chain has broken and he's looking for a new one. This wish will allow him a great new chain to keep his mother's ring safe!
