1999 CollectiveJess is an incredible young woman who spent years in foster care as a teenager. She attends university and is an incredible artist. Jess is a bundle of joy who makes others feel welcomed and cared for as soon as she meets them. She is studying social work and hopes to change the lives of young people in the foster care system.
Jess is struggling right now. She could use some help with covering gas expenses so she can get where she needs to be. This little bit of help with allow her some more wiggle room so that she can better cover her other bills and expenses. This wish was broken into two parts, this is wish 2 of 2.
