Dakota is a musical teen and already plays the Viola. He has expressed an interest in learning to play a 12-string guitar after learning to play a 6-string at his previous placement. He uses music and playing music as a coping skill to manage his feelings and reactions while in alternative care. He resides in a home with multiple children and would love to have this new endeavor of learning this instrument as downtime for himself.
