Jamie is working really hard and being frugal in order to live independently and pursue her educational goal of becoming a social worker. She is always saving and budgeting for her necessities with very little allowance for extras. Jamie loves outdoor activities and has lots of energy; she is hoping to get a beach cruiser to help her enjoy the outdoors more and also keep fit. Although Jamie thinks about the future, her social anxiety makes her unsure of what the future holds for her. To cope with her anxiety, Jamie finds solace in exercise and being close to nature, and a bicycle will contribute positively to both.
Jamie is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Jamie is the quieter, shy sibling of her eight other siblings. She is responsible and reliable, and a natural caretaker. She grew up with a caring father who struggled to raise all of them alone since her mother struggled with addiction, but then he died tragically by suicide. She is attending college and working really hard. In her limited spare time, she enjoys art, history, and exercising outdoors.
