Kels is a ball of energy, but he's had a tough time lately. Kels has been moved around to three different foster homes in his short time in care. Despite his challenges with socialization and some developmental delays, he's eager to join in on activities with the other kids at his current foster home. He absolutely loves the outdoors, and it would be amazing if he could have a tricycle to ride around on. It would not only help him feel like part of the family, but it would also give him a chance to strengthen his leg muscles. With this tricycle, Kels would be one happy and stronger little boy!

Kels is an energetic boy, he wants to be moving 24/7. He loves being outside and watching videos about trains. He has some speech issues, which make it hard for him to communicate. He has the most contagious smile and loves it when others play with him.
