Aaliyah is a bright and bubbly young lady who loves to play with LOL dolls, JoJo dolls, and Barbies. Aaliyah fell ill a few years ago and lost her hearing in both ears. Since then, she has had two surgeries to help recover her hearing and uses a special ear device to hear everyday sounds. Although Aaliyah faces many challenges, she has not let them stop her from spreading her love! She receives support services from The Homes for Children Corporation, which cares for children and youth who are abused, neglected, runaway, abandoned, homeless, and at-risk, and families that are in crisis.

Aaliyah is full of self-love and pride, and nothing says it better than a "ME" sweatshirt. She enjoys wearing clothing that reflects her confidence and reminds others to embrace who they are, too.
