Drawing tablet for Jessiah to help enhance his game designs

Jessiah is a computer science major and the career path he is considering is game design. He spends most of his free time programming, creating textures, and modeling for the 3D games he is designing. Jessiah currently uses pen and paper, and scans his drawings onto the computer but it is tedious and not recommended. He has to use publically available assets, many of which are copyrighted, limiting his creativity. For modeling, it is recommended to use a tablet so that he can use his own ideas for his games. Jessiah would greatly appreciate having a drawing tablet to pursue his passion.
Jessiah is 21 years old and lives in NY
Jessiah was formerly in foster care and is now living with his grandmother, who is his adoptive mother. Jessiah is a Computer Science major at Queens College who is eager to get his degree. He has been working hard in his engineering scholarship program as a full-time student. He hopes to be a game programmer in the future, in his free time he enjoys programming and creating graphics for his own games. Jessiah also enjoys freehand drawing. Jessiah also has a cat named Zeek that he loves.
