William has many challenges and one is that his body temperature is hard to regulate. So even when it’s warm, he might feel cold. This outfit will be perfect for him when he's out and about this spring. He can be layered to keep warm and cozy while he still gets to hang out with his foster family!
William is 1 year old and lives in PA
William is a super sweet guy that has been in foster care since he was born. He has some special needs and receives loads of services! His foster family has been doing amazing to meet his unique needs. He is learning to walk but does suffer from a visual impairment that makes this a challenge. Doctors also believe he has a seizure disorder and will require more in-depth treatment in the months to come.
