A shopping spree for Tannia to celebrate her birthday

Tannia's birthday is on the way, and she is super excited. This year, she asked if she could get a gift card and go shopping. Tannia loves shopping even though she has not always had the chance to due to coming from a low-income family. She will be so excited to go pick out some of her favorite things at the store. She loves H&M and knows she will look stylish in whatever she chooses! This request has been split into two wishes to help give Tannia a great shopping experience. This is wish 1 of 2.
Tannia is 17 years old and lives in CO
Tannia is the oldest of 4 children. Unfortunately, all her siblings are in different foster homes. Although Tannia does not see her siblings as often, she is happy with her foster parents. Her foster parents have helped her grow, become independent, and take good care of her. Tannia is a very smart, outgoing girl.
