Recently Lilly's family accepted placement of a little boy, resulting in Lilly and her sister sharing a room to make room for him. While initially it was to be short term, when they learned that this could be long term and potentially permanent, Lilly and her sister did not hesitate to make the sharing of the room permanent as well. The modular couch will allow Lilly to customize her new space and make it a fun space for schoolwork or to regulate.

When Lilly entered foster care, her foster parents were told she may never walk or see. Her future looked grim, but her foster parents were determined to help this medically fragile baby girl thrive. After hundreds of appointments, therapies, and a whole lot of trial and error, this girl has defied all the odds. Now adopted, she shares a home with an older sister and was recently placed with a younger foster brother. She enjoys reading ancient history books, swinging outside with her chickens, and playing outside with her siblings.
