In her foster home, Arwen has a big cement patio, which she thinks is the perfect spot for a spinning toy. And the best part? She'll be able to share it with her siblings, who love scooters just as much as she does! Plus, this toy will be a great help for Arwen, who's a little delayed in her motor skills.
