Cooper enjoys exploring nature, playing cards, and being around others. Living in foster care has been tough for Cooper, and he has been in and out of crisis several times, but he continues to maintain a positive attitude. He aspires to be a heart surgeon someday. Cooper likes to share his humor with the world through his silly jokes. He is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child!
Cooper will be celebrating his Birthday at a residential facility this year. He is limited to what he is allowed to have at this facility. Cooper would like some new books to celebrate his special day!
