WA DCYF - Aberdeen CountyVictor loves to be outside. He enjoys playing sports and fishing. When the weather does not permit him to go outside he Victor enjoys putting things together. One of his dreams is to be able to go hunting in the future.
Victor is currently facing some difficulties with his reading and would like to have a tablet to download some reading games to help him improve his reading skills. Having a tablet would enable him to store all his books in one place and it would be more convenient for him to travel with. Instead of carrying a physical book with him when he travels to visit his siblings, he could easily take his tablet along with him.
