Her family suffered a huge loss after the passing of her uncle, with whom she was close. The anniversary of his death is in December so the holidays makes her feel pretty down.
Aubriana's phone was accidentally damaged, and now she needs a new one. She's very active in sports and spends a lot of time away from home. Having a phone would give her peace of mind and make her feel safer, especially in case of emergencies where she may need to call for help.
