Gas for Richard to get to electrical school

Richard is in his fourth year at WECA, an electrical program preparing him for a journeyman's license. He is taking two weeks off of work, unpaid, for his training, so he'll also miss a whole paycheck. And the school is three hours away! Granting this will help relieve some of this stress and expenses by giving him a gas card. He will be so grateful for any help! This wish was split into two: this is wish 1 of 2.
Richard is 28 years old and lives in CA
Richard is a hard-working young man. He married his high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children. He joined an electrical trade program and has been working really hard to care for himself and his little family. Richard has a huge drive for success and a real entrepreneurial mindset. Both Richard and his wife are former foster youth, and they also recently became foster parents themselves to their younger nephews once they were informed that they were in need of emergency placement. Richard aims to one day be a mentor to young people like himself who have experienced care and encourage them to become better than what they came from.
