Elaina had to move to her grandmother's house recently and she has very few clothes. She would love to go to Forever 21 to buy some trendy clothing for herself. Granting this wish would help Elaina practice her budgeting skills while selecting some pants, a light jacket, some underclothes, and shirts. It would mean a lot to her if her wish could be granted.
