Amari has experienced severe trauma before entering care, and his foster home has been looking for new strategies and interventions to support him. Amari is displaying aggression toward the other children and animals in the home. A visual aide will assist him in understanding that good behaviors are rewarded and violence is not. These behavior charts work to use his interests to keep him involved in his rewards for positive behavior. The foster family intends to implement these charts for all the children in the home so Amari feels included in the family's systems and routines. Amari's behaviors are escalating as he adapts to the home, and this fun set of sports charts will help him learn, grow, and develop. These charts will be fun and help him learn how to better interact with others.

Amari is a sweet boy in care and has really struggled to adjust to new changes. He has a lot of unresolved trauma due to his past experiences. He is a very funny and curious child who is experiencing many things for the first time, such as playing with other children and receiving love. His foster family is working to show him that he deserves to have nice things and that their kindness is not a trick. Some of Amari's biggest goals are learning how to have gentle hands, be honest, and be accountable for his actions. He is working so hard, and his family is trying to provide great support. Amari has taken an interest in sports and has bonded with foster dad over baseball and soccer.
