Katie is a super bubbly, warm young woman who just started the nursing program at a four-year school. She is a mentor to other youth in foster care and has participated in many advocacy activities in the state and nationally, she enjoys advocating for those in the foster care system in her free time when she is not in school.

Katie is currently unhoused due to the instability in her life. She is a full-time student attending school to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Due to her busy schedule, she has not been able to work enough to cover her expenses, which has led to her becoming homeless. A Chevron gift card would greatly reduce the burden of transportation expenses as she works towards finding a stable housing situation. This request has been split into two wishes.
