Rosie is a spunky girl with a ton of energy and a big heart. She loves to run around and try new things, and is always laughing about everything. Rosie is so fun to be with, and right now she hopes to be a hairdresser or yoga instructor when she grows up. She has been in foster care since she was 2 and is very well attached to her caregivers.

Rosie is such a brave and energetic girl who loves to play hard. She wears braces on her legs, but they don't stop her! However, sometimes it is tricky to find clothes that are comfortable and easy to put on. WIth the change of season, Rosie would be happy with some clothes and shoes that will get her through the spring and summer season so that she doesn't have to miss out on any of the fun! Target has a great line of clothes that help with kids who have special accommodations, so she wants to get some cute items from there!
