Firefly ServicesMelody is an 18 year old youth working and living on her own. She is a very sweet, inspirational young lady who was in foster care for 9 years. She enjoys many crafts such as cooking and making sculptures.
Melody is currently facing a difficult situation as her phone has been damaged and she is finding it extremely challenging to use it. The screen is shattered, which makes it almost impossible for her to access the necessary applications and features. Unfortunately, she does not have a computer or any other means of communication with the outside world, and her phone is her only source of communication. As Melody needs to be able to communicate with her job and call for rides to work, a new phone is essential for her to stay connected and manage her daily routine.
