Alexus is a single mom of two little, wonderful boys. Alexus has been through so many hardships throughout her life, but her spirit remains full of hope. Over the past few years, Alexus has been doing all the hard work in therapy and at home to help her heal parts of herself that she used to believe were permanently damaged. Now, as she continues to heal, she knows that she has what it takes to continue and to become a wonderful mother. Recently, Alexus aged out of the only program she had left that was supporting her on her healing and parenting journey. Now, she is searching tirelessly for the people and organizations that will forever support her and become her chosen family.

Alexus grew up in a home with a lot of domestic violence and eventually entered foster care. After many years of experiencing constant placement disruption and uncertainty, she aged out of foster care. After aging out, she battled homelessness and eventually landed a home. For the past four years, she has been maintaining independence and has been blessed with two little boys. Alexus's goal in life is to maintain a healthy, beautiful relationship with her little boys. She would love a Mario Nintendo Switch set to play games with her kids and ensure they have a better childhood than she did.
