Charlie is really a darling boy who has a great smile. He is recently in a new home since his mom wasn't able to keep up with his challenging medical needs, and he has a lot to catch up on. He has some medical equipment that makes it hard for him to find clothes that work for him to wear, and since it is nearly summer, he needs some new clothes that will fit his unique needs. He will be glad to be comfortable in his new home! This wish was divided into two parts to help get Charlie what he needs. This is wish 2 of 2.
Charlie is 1 year old and lives in OH
Charlie is a tough little guy who has overcome many medical challenges. He receives many services to help him stay healthy and get stronger. He loves being around his siblings and always has a smile on his face when he sees their antics!
