A'Laya has been struggling with her hair, and it's caused some major issues with her self-esteem. A'Laya has very thick hair and doesn't like how long it can take to dry. A'Laya likes to watch YouTube videos with her foster mom about some exciting things to try for her hair to try boosting her self-esteem. A'Laya saw this reverse air dryer that cuts the dry time way down and helps to straighten it without heat damage. She got so excited about the idea of having her own! This would help A'Laya be more excited to do her hair and also boost her confidence.
A'Laya is 10 years old and lives in OH
A'Laya has been in care most of her life. She experienced traumatic events in her early life and has been separated from her siblings. Despite these challenges, A'Laya is a fun and silly girl who loves roller skating, her dollhouse, and helping in the garden. She does well staying busy and is involved in several activities, including 4-H and multiple sports teams.
