Dinah is a spunky girl who is getting used to her new foster home. She enjoys doing nails and talking with friends. She at times struggles with feeling down and likes taking walks, talking with friends, doing nails, or listening to music to feel better. She has a lot of energy and loves to goof around and be silly. Sometimes she struggles to focus on her schoolwork but is motivated to continue through school until she can graduate and figure out what she wants to do with her future.

Dinah loves to use music to cope with some of the tough feelings that come with being in foster care. She also enjoys listening to music at night to help her fall asleep. It can be hard for her to fall asleep when playing music on the television though due to the light from the screen and distracting videos. She would love to have a way to listen to music that won't negatively impact her sleep.
