Deisy is requesting a mesh window guard for her and her 1 year old daughter McKenzie because she has a low window with an unstable fly screen and it's become a safety concern, as she's worried McKenzie will fall out of the window and down five floors to the ground. Given that she just graduated as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and is still looking for work at this time, she unfortunately can't afford this item at this time. Recently she has been making do with a piece of carboard taped to her window, which isn't sufficient and also isn't aesthetic. Receiving this item would mean so much to Deisy because in addition to there no longer being a safety concern for her 1 year old daughter McKenzie, she also wouldn't feel embarrassed by the temporary cardboard set up when her friends and family come over. She is very grateful and appreciative for any support she can receive.
