She loves to play with her princess toys and pet her foster mom's puppies. Charlotte is so smiley and happy and gives hugs to everyone she meets. She is a ray of sunshine that lights up everyone's day!
Charlotte is on the go and has become very interested in her big brother's bicycle. She wants one of her very own. A balance bike is a perfect way encourage her independence. It will allow her to keep up with her brother this summer! She is going to have a ball riding around the neighborhood.
