Charlotte is a sweet and silly toddler who is currently placed in her fourth foster home with her older brother. She loves to play with her princess toys and pet her foster mom's puppies. Charlotte is so smiley and happy and gives hugs to everyone she meets. She is a ray of sunshine that lights up everyone's day!
