She loves to play with her princess toys and pet her foster mom's puppies. Charlotte is so smiley and happy and gives hugs to everyone she meets. She is a ray of sunshine that lights up everyone's day!
Charlotte was just recently placed in her fourth foster home in the last three months due to circumstances unrelated to herself. Due to the number of moves, Charlotte has very few toys to play with. Her second birthday is quickly approaching, and her foster mom wants to make it special for her. This pink unicorn car set is perfect for this bright and colorful little girl! She will have so much fun opening up this gift on her birthday.
