Malaysia's mother passed away due to heart failure, and she was her only caregiver. Her two siblings were separated from her and placed on the East Coast while Malaysia was in California. As a former foster youth, Malaysia has received support services, including case management and scholarship opportunities, while pursuing a degree in Social Work. She is kind, hardworking, mature, and genuine.

Malaysia is currently in summer school and is running low on toiletry and hair care items. She is unable to work at this time and has no air conditioning in her home.
