Living in foster care has been hard for him and he has been in and out of crisis several times but he continues to have a good attitude. Jacob is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child! He shares his kind heart with the world by helping other children in the facility.
Jacob will be celebrating his upcoming birthday at his new foster placement. He really enjoys listening to all types of music and would be thrilled to own his very own headphones so he can listen to music when he feels stressed. Granting this wish will make his birthday oh so special.
